Pair Face Court Date For Cannabis Club Work Two San Diego County men were ordered Tuesday to face trial on felony drug charges in connection with a cannabis club they were operating, ostensibly to provide marijuana for medicinal purposes. Steven McWilliams, 43, and Dion Markgraaff, 28, face possible sentences of four years, eight months and eight years, respectively, on charges including transporting, cultivating and conspiring to distribute marijuana. McWilliams was arrested Jan. 12 at a Border Patrol checkpoint near Warner Springs in east San Diego County. Agent seized 11 potted marijuana plants in his van and another 450 growing plants at his home.
