    On April 17, Terry Tew, owner of "Hemp, Head and Sound", a Hemp Store in Hamilton, Ontario, was charged with 462.2 if the Criminal Code for selling illicit literature and instruments. A customer who was in the store during the raid was found to be carrying cocaine, and Terry was held responsible for that as well. 462.2, as it applies to literature, was ruled invalid in '94 by the Ontario Supreme Court.
