Thank you for your recent letter to the Clemency and Pardons Board Review Committee requesting an appeal of their decision.

Unfortunately, there is no appeal process available within the structure of the Clemency and Pardons Board or its Review Committee. The Board will look at a case again only if there is a substantial change in circumstances. We will submit your recent letter with the materials we will be presenting to the Review Comittee at its next meeting. I will let you know the committee's decision.

The support that your husband is receiving from you and your acquaintances has been remarkable, and it is apparent how his incarceration has affected the lives of you and your family. I hope that you will continue to show your husband positive expressions of support, and wish you the best of luck.
