Green Cross Mission Statement
Green Cross Patient Co-Op ( GCPC ) is a true cooperative of Washington State medical marijuana patients and caregivers whose mission is to assist each other through education, information, counseling, support, verification, and registry. The GCPC is open to Washington State residents that present a bona fide need for medicinal cannabis on the advice of their physician, under RCW69.51(a).
Some of the illnesses for which RCW69.51(a) currently affords protection include chemo-therapy-related nausea and vomiting in cancer patients; AIDS wasting syndrome; severe muscle spasms associated with multiple sclerosis and other spasticity disorders; epilepsy; acute or chronic glaucoma; some forms of intractable pain; as well as Crohn's disease, and Hepatitis C.
